From the liveliness of animals, birds, and insects to the vibrancy of nature in flowers, plants, and trees, there are symbols of hope all around us. As well mythological and ancient symbols of hope can inspire us today as they did our ancestors. 

In this post, we’ll explore the rich variety of symbols of hope. In fact, there are so many that I’ll venture to say there are multiple ones for everyone in this list.

Animals that Symbolize Hope

To kick things off, we’ll start with the most lively symbols of hope: animals. Our fellow earthlings have a wonderful capacity to remind us that pureness of heart abounds. So, we have reason to hope.

1. Baby Elephant

Not many people can resist a baby elephant. Their curiosity coupled with their clumsiness can make anyone smile.

Yet it’s also their immense potential that can fill us with awe, as baby elephants grow to be as wise, compassionate, and loyal to their herds as they grow in size.

2. Puppy
