Refunds and Returns Policy

It is our goal that you are happy with purchases you make through UniGuide. However, in the event you need to return or exchange an item, here are instructions on how to do that.

The following is information about refunds, returns, and exchanges for products that you click on on UniGuide and then buy from third parties and those you purchase directly from UniGuide.

Products Purchased on Third Party Sites and from Third Parties

In addition to selling our own products, UniGuide carefully curates a selection of products that are made and sold by third parties. Examples of these types of third parties are Amazon and Etsy as well as smaller boutique businesses. If you click on a product on UniGuide and then purchase it from a third party and you want to return or exchange it, you will have to contact that merchant directly, as each has their own policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Product You Purchase Directly from UniGuide

If you buy a product directly from UniGuide vs. clicking and going to a different merchant’s site, you can request a return and a refund or an exchange by emailing support@uniguide.com. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless you email us first with an explanation of why you want to return the item. The items we produce are created one at a time, so it is our hope that you are happy with the purchase.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In addition, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without getting instructions and shipping details from support@uniguide.com first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@uniguide.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@uniguide.com and we will email you with shipping instructions. Please do not mail us any items without receiving shipping instructions first.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please first email us at support@uniguide.com and we will send you shipping instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
