2. Balsamic Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

My dad, Eddie, recommended this roasted Brussels sprouts recipe by Kevin O’ Leary. The combination of balsamic vinegar with honey strikes just the right balance of tangy and sweet. I know because my dad has cooked these for our family a few times.

For my vegan friends, you can substitute the real honey with Bee Free Honee, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup.

In Japan, tihe wnter solstice is called Tōji. And like other cultures around the world, people love to get together and eat! These vegan dumplings are a perfect way to honor the occasion. It’s practically a requirement to make at least one winter solstice recipe with butternut squash. These vegan tacos are an unusual twist on other traditions.
