You may know Chef Ahki from the Wendy Williams show or you may have read her Electric Vegan Blog. A celebrity chef and wellness guru to the stars, she became vegan when she was 18. Around that time, she became a colon therapist and soon earned her BS in naturopathic science and holistic theology. In addition to her healthy plantbased recipes, Chef Ahki provides other tips on living a vibrant “electric” life, such as how to detox and how to avoid the vegan junk food trap.
